Admission Procedure

D. Pharm.
FIRST YEAR
Candidates seeking admission to the D.Pharm. I year must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination without any grace from a recognized Board of Secondary Education with minimum of 50% marks either in PCB or PCM.
THROUGH JEECUP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Students who qualify State Entrance Examination UPJEE Lucknow are eligible to apply and are admitted through counseling.
UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA
Students having passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks either in PCM/PCB are eligible to seek admission in I year of D.Pharm. (Diploma Course)
B. Pharm.
FIRST YEAR
Candidates seeking admission to the B.Pharm. first year must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination without any grace from a recognized Board of Secondary Education with minimum of 45% marks either in PCB or PCM.
THROUGH UPSEE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Students who qualify State Entrance Examination UPSEE conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) Lucknow are eligible to apply and are admitted through counseling.
UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA
Students having passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks are eligible to seek admission in I year of B.Pharm. (Degree Course).
SECOND YEAR THROUGH LATERAL ENTRY SCHEME
Candidates seeking admission to the B.Pharm. II year must have scored 60% in aggregate in Diploma in Pharmacy.
Admission to M. Pharm.
The candidates seeking admissions to M. PHARM. programme are required to appear in PG Admission Test and Counselling conducted every year by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Dr APJAKTU). The final admission of the qualified candidates will be done through counselling. The candidate willing to get admission through management quota is also required to qualify the PG admission test. The candidates having valid GATE/GPAT score are exempted from the written examination.

Candidates reporting for admission are required to fill up the admission form in the institute. They are therefore advised to bring the following documents in original for verification along with their photocopies in the following order: –

Important Note
- Pharm/B.Pharm I Year Candidate from U.P. Board will submit TC only whereas Candidate from any Board Other than U.P. Board will submit TC & Migrationboth.
- Pharm II Year (Diploma Holders / Lateral Entry) – Diploma Holder Candidate will submit TC & Migrationboth.
- M.Pharm I Year – Candidate shall submit TC & Migrationboth.
- Student has to fill Anti Ragging undertaking on websitewww.antiragging.in/take printout and submit duly signed undertaking in Institute at the time ofadmission.
